Terms of Service
By placing an order with JP Electricals & Engineers, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders and pricing
Prices listed on the website are in INR and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Bulk orders qualify for tiered pricing — contact us for a quote on orders above ₹50,000.
2. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location: 24-48 hours for major metros, 3-5 days for tier-2 cities, up to 7 days elsewhere.
3. Returns and warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies to all products. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns of non-defective items are accepted within 14 days subject to a restocking fee.
